From the first 2 hectares of vineyards planted in 1979 to the current modern winery with hospitality and food and wine activities, Floriano Cinti's passion for wine and the Bolognese hills remains intact.
In 2025, Floriano’s experience and growth as a winemaker and entrepreneur took on a new form with the entry of his son Lorenzo into the company and the establishment of “Cinti e Cinti.”
All the bureaucratic changes connected to the new company structure have been accompanied by an ongoing process of planning and long-term vision, while remaining firmly grounded in practical decision-making and in the enhancement of our territory.
We continue to believe in viticulture in the Colli Bolognesi area: a significant portion of the vineyards in Isola and Tignano has been uprooted, in preparation for renewal in 2026.
Among the new projects is the olive grove: a crop that represents a learning journey for us and will bear fruit in the years to come. We like to imagine producing our own olive oil for the agriturismo, and contributing to the development and potential of a local olive mill in our area.
Finally, we aim to further develop our vegetable garden and the cultivation of vegetables and other crops, with the goal of having fresh produce available daily in the kitchen and for our guests.
The company currently has about ten collaborators: about half in the cellar, supported by seasonal workers at the time of the gape harvest - still rigorously carried out by hand -, and half in the hospitality and food and wine activities of the restaurant L'Isola del Sasso.
